The exact address is shared after booking. We keep it private to maintain a quiet, focused training environment. No walk-ins. No signage. If you know, you know.
What to Expect
Industrial area. Quiet street. Look for the dark building with no signage. That's intentional. The absence of branding is the first signal that this is not a commercial gym.
When you arrive, the exterior is unmarked. Walk in and you'll find a single room with mats, a light, and people working. No front desk. No check-in kiosk. Just the lab.
Parking & Access
Free street parking is available directly in front of the building. The area is well-lit and safe. No parking pass or validation needed.
The lab is roughly 5 minutes from Roseville Parkway and 15 minutes from I-80. Most of Sacramento is within a 25-minute drive.
